We will explore not only thoughts and feelings, but also sensations, dreams, images etc.
I believe that feelings and behaviors have a purpose and that the therapist-client relationship we develop together is essential to the healing process.
I help you see patterns you’re not aware of and give you the tools to express yourself in ways you haven’t imagined. Therapy is a time to be alone with yourself, to explore your experiences, feelings, beliefs, and desires. I help people find their own answers, open new doors and find the strength and courage to walk through them.
Together, we’ll explore why you do the things you do and why you feel the way you feel. You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of not only who you are, but who you can be. As the pain of the past subsides, a better future will emerge. You’ll embrace the freedom to make better choices and the confidence to see them through. Our time together creates a place for you to know yourself better and to sort through your feelings and experiences.
