INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Talk therapy is an intentional human encounter. This work provides a place to know yourself better and to sort through your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Looking closely at what hurts and why, being heard and understood, helps you to become clearer about your own truth, see new perspectives, and find new ways of being with yourself and others.
We’ll work through whatever is weighing on your mind. As we engage in sincere and non-judgmental examination of your thoughts and experiences, you’ll begin to identify patterns in your feelings and meanings in your behaviors allowing new ways of relating to yourself and others to emerge.
HOW IT WORKS
Individual Therapy is centered around an open and honest client-therapist relationship that we will work together to develop. 55-minute sessions allow you to engage deeply on the issues you are encountering. The sessions provide ample space to really unpack your feelings and nurture personal growth. For any issues or concerns that come up in between regular sessions, or for moments of unexpected need, phone consultations are available.

• 90 minute initial diagnostic interview: $210
• 55 minute session: $185 A sliding scale is available when needed.
NOTE: Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
